School Holiday Safety Message

Dear Residents,

As the School holidays is fast approaching we would like to wish everyone safe and enjoyable summer.

With children and young people spending more time out and about, we kindly ask parents, carers and guardians to speak with their children about making safe choices, showing respect for others and the impacts of anti-social behaviour on the community; this may include riding of e-bikes or e-scooters dangerously, vandalism, littering, trespassing, lighting fires.

Our officers will continue to carry out high-visibility patrols throughout the holiday, working with local partners to address concerns and support young people.

Please encourage  young people to look out for one another and to contact a trusted adult or the police if they feel unsafe at any point.

If you see us on out and about on patrol, please don't hesitate to stop and talk to us  and say hello.
